TIMING
We request a minimum of four weeks notice when ordering Wedding Favors.
However, if you find yourself in a pinch and you need your order
sooner, please contact us as soon as possible!
DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
To make your chocolate experience that much easier, we offer pickup and
delivery services locally as well as shipment services for
out of area orders. Please contact us for additional details
on delivery and shipment services.
ALLERGIES
If you're allergic to nuts, please note that our products may contain
nuts, traces of nuts or nut oils.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
During the warm summer months it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
that our chocolates are shipping properly. Due to the delicate nature
of chocolate, climates over 65-70 degrees Fahrenheit MUST
be shipped with our cold packs and use expedited shipping; Next Day Air
or Second Day Air. If you choose not to ship using our cold packaging,
Capies Candies cannot be held responsible for damaged chocolate due to
heat exposure. Please make sure that the package is received by someone
or picked up promptly.
